鸡汤寿面
叫做鸡汤寿面，首先是因为福州人庆祝生日寿日佳节都在吃寿面。
除此，人在海外， 最想念的是外婆煮的鸡汤面线，很有怀念家人和温馨的感觉。
还有，我是华人，高中之后好像没什么机会练习中文了，所以下个笔/键盘， 写下记忆。顺便提醒自己，根源很重要。
The blog address is chicken shoumian (longevity noodle); first of all, Fuzhou-nese eat shoumian for all good reasons, eg. birthdays, festive seasons, happy occasions.
Secondly, being away from home, I miss my grandma's chicken shoumian- she makes the best.
Also, being a Chinese, I haven't had a chance to practice writing in Mandarin since leaving highschool. Thus, this helps to pen down, my days and thoughts，and most importantly, to remember my roots.
